Our Studio is available for rent! Record, stream, or video conference your corporate or non-profit meetings, create a video or podcast, or use the space for your event or celebration. We are fully equipped for video and audio production; virtual, in-person, and hybrid meetings; parties, receptions, gatherings, rehearsals, and more!

Tier 1: Audio Podcast Package – $100/hour

  • Full studio access

  • Green screen wall and lighting for chroma key/virtual sets
  • Power and basic setup support
  • Client provides: Cameras, audio, crew, recording gear

Tier 3: Full Production Studio Package – $200/hour

  • Full studio access
  • Lighting grid, lighting fixtures, lighting control board
  • Curtains/neutral backgrounds
  • Green screen wall, lighting for chroma key/virtual sets
  • Power and basic setup support
  • 3-5 pan/tilt/zoom HD robotic cameras
  • Control room switching
  • Graphics interface
  • Multi-channel audio
  • Recording and delivery of the finished program
  • Basic technical director support

Tier 3: Recorded Meeting Package – $200/hour

  • Studio space

  • Video conferencing setup (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet)
  • 1 fixed web camera
  • Room microphones
  • In-room display

  • 24 parking spaces + 1 handicapped space. Overflow parking upon request (from neighboring hotel)
  • 27′ x 14′ Conference room is also available as an add-on space for staging, green room, or meeting overflow
  • Discounts available for non-profit organizations
  • Kitchen access is not available
  • Minimum of 2 hours of rental
  • Damage deposit or certificate of insurance due at contract signing
  • A professional, insured bartender is required to serve alcohol
