Our Studio is available for rent! Record, stream, or video conference your corporate or non-profit meetings, create a video or podcast, or use the space for your event or celebration. We are fully equipped for video and audio production; virtual, in-person, and hybrid meetings; parties, receptions, gatherings, rehearsals, and more!
Tier 1: Audio Podcast Package – $100/hour

Tier 2: Studio Space + Lighting/Green Screen Package – $125/hour
- Full studio access
- Lighting grid, lighting fixtures, lighting control board

- Green screen wall and lighting for chroma key/virtual sets
- Power and basic setup support
- Client provides: Cameras, audio, crew, recording gear
Tier 3: Full Production Studio Package – $200/hour
- Full studio access
- Lighting grid, lighting fixtures, lighting control board
- Curtains/neutral backgrounds
- Green screen wall, lighting for chroma key/virtual sets
- Power and basic setup support
- 3-5 pan/tilt/zoom HD robotic cameras
- Control room switching
- Graphics interface

- Recording and delivery of the finished program

- Kitchen access is not available
- Minimum of 2 hours of rental
- Damage deposit or certificate of insurance due at contract signing
- A professional, insured bartender is required to serve alcohol
